This merger is in effect based on : E-Tronic Corp. is wiped-out( annexed by INPAQ TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd.), and is valid since October 1 , 2005. Hereafter, the right and obligation of E-Tronic Corp. will be carried on by INPAQ TECHNOLGY Co., Ltd.
